ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Emily.
The world can feel overwhelming at times. We all need a space to think out loud, process what's happening in our lives, and feel genuinely heard without judgement.
PsychNova offers a supportive one-to-one talking space where you can explore your thoughts, challenges, goals and life experiences through open conversation. Whether you're navigating a difficult period, facing major decisions, feeling stuck, or simply need someone to listen, this is a space createdfor reflection, clarity and personal growth.
My role is not to diagnose, treat or provide therapy, but to offer a compassionate, confidential space where you can speak freely and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded.

TESTIMONIALS
What our clients say
"Since losing my husband, the days had become very quiet and lonely. Sometimes I just needed someone to talk to without feeling like I was bothering family or friends. Our chats have become something I genuinely look forward to. I always come away feeling lighter, listened to and reminded that I'm not alone. Thank you for your kindness.

"I'd just started a new job and was under so much pressure that I couldn't switch off. I wasn't looking for therapy—I just needed someone outside my family to help me untangle everything in my head. Talking things through helped me see the situation much more clearly and gave me the confidence to tackle things one step at a time. I slept properly for the first time in weeks afterwards."
Levi A.
"I was so anxious about starting college that I kept imagining everything going wrong. I felt embarrassed talking to people I knew because I thought they'd think I was overreacting. Having someone neutral to chat to made such a difference. I felt heard instead of judged, and by the end of the call I actually felt excited instead of terrified."

"When my PMDD hits, I feel like everything becomes overwhelming and I don't even recognise myself. I wasn't looking for advice or someone to fix me—I just needed a safe place to let it all out without feeling guilty. Being able to speak openly to someone who listened with patience and compassion helped me get through one of my worst days. I felt calmer, understood and much less alone."
